Who We Are

From Day One, Strategic Integrators has been committed to extraordinary customer service and earning the role of Trusted Advisor from our clients.

Strategic Integrators was founded in 2006 in the belief that a business committed to extraordinary client service, excellence, attention to detail and follow-through could thrive in the marketplace. We find proof of the success of that commitment in a growing list of satisfied and loyal clients — large and small, corporate and
government, private and public. Another measure of Strategic Integrators' success is being named to the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing, privately held companies in America ... for three years running. We believe this kind of growth has only been made possible by our laser focus — from Day One — on our Mission and Values.

Mission & Values

The principles which make up our mission and values are more than just catch phrases for the team at Strategic Integrators. They are at the heart of what we're about, at the core of who we are. They are our focus every day, every week, every month, every year. We believe that any success we’ve enjoyed has been because of our commitment to this mission and these values.

Strategic Integrators is committed to becoming one of the leading boutique  consulting firms in the U.S. We will achieve this with an unswerving commitment to: 1) hiring exceptional people at every level within the organization, 2) pursuing every opportunity to become trusted advisors for our clients with passion, professionalism, and tenacity, 3) maintaining a company-wide atmosphere of candor, creativity, and fun, and 4) upholding the Company’s core values every day, every week, every month, every year. As we do so, we will build an ever-growing cadre of clients and employees who are fiercely loyal to our brand and our firm, thus ensuring the establishment of an enduring, great, and profitable company.

Four core values comprise the foundation upon which Strategic Hardware is built: unyielding integrity, excellence, follow through, and win/win. With a focus on extraordinary customer service and an adherence to the ideals behind these key values, Strategic Integrators commits to completing every job with the success of the client at the forefront. As we hold to this focus and these values, we will also realize the goals of helping our clients achieve their missions, benefiting the lives of our employees in wonderful ways, and with the larger vision of using our success to help better the world always before us.

Stewart Sonneland
Founder and CEO

Stewart founded Strategic Integrators (then Strategic Hardware) in December of 2006 in the belief that a firm focused on providing extraordinary client service and excellence could thrive in the IT marketplace. Ten years later, the success of Strategic has born proof of the importance of focusing on clients first and foremost. Stewart and his wife Patty (38 years of marriage!) have four children (24-35), 2 grandchild (Milly & Teddy) and one incredibly great golden retriever, Scout. Mr. Sonneland is active in his community serving as the assistant varsity girls soccer coach at Gonzaga Preparatory School and senior leader for Young Life at Gonzaga Prep.

Carl Hanson

Carl is Strategic's longest tenured employee, having spent the past 7 years with the firm. His attention to detail and analytical approach to strategic decision-making have been greatly instrumental to our growth as a company. A Spokane-native, in his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his daughter Brita (5), watching live music, and playing beach volleyball.

Brian Lahoue

While Brian has recently left Strategic to join the team at SuperMicro, he will continue to play an important role for us as Chair of our Advisory Board. Brian joined Strategic in early 2010 after key roles in several ventures across technology, communications, and leadership development. He has been an integral part of the firms' technology strategy, team development, and sales execution. Brian’s quest for learning and gift of communication help to exemplify Strategic’s role as a vendor agnostic, trusted advisor. This father of four stays young by balancing career and volunteering with downtime, his passion for nutrition, and cross-training.
