Leadership

Stewart Sonneland
CEO

Stewart founded Strategic Integrators (then Strategic Hardware) in December of 2006 in the belief that a firm focused on providing extraordinary client service and excellence could thrive in the IT marketplace. Ten years later, the success of Strategic has born proof of the importance of focusing on clients first and foremost. Stewart and his wife Patty (36 years of marriage!) have four children (22-34), 1 grandchild (the Amazing Milly!) and one incredibly great golden retriever, Scout. Mr. Sonneland is active in his community serving as the assistant varsity girls soccer coach at Gonzaga Preparatory School, senior leader for Young Life at Gonzaga Prep as well as a member of Young Life’s Regional Executive Committee.

Brian Lahoue
VP of Sales & Technology

Brian joined the team at Strategic in early 2010 after key roles in several ventures across technology, communications, and leadership development. He has been an integral part of the firms' technology strategy, team development, and sales execution. Brian’s quest for learning and gift of communication help to exemplify Strategic’s role as a vendor agnostic, trusted advisor. This father of four stays young by balancing career and volunteering with downtime, his passion for nutrition, and cross-training.

Aaron Newby
Director of Operations

Aaron came to Strategic Integrators after 5 years building an e-commerce startup into a leading online retailer. His passion for continuous improvement and efficient operations dovetail with Strategic's mission to deliver extraordinary client service. Aaron and his wife Jocelyn welcomed their first child, Lucy May, in April 2016. In his free time, Aaron enjoys outdoor activities such as skiing, mountaineering, rock climbing and water sports.

Carl Hanson
Controller

Carl is Strategic's longest tenured employee, having spent the past 7 years with the firm. His attention to detail and analytical approach to strategic decision-making have been greatly instrumental to our growth as a company. A Spokane-native, in his free time, Carl enjoys spending time with his daughter Brita (5), watching live music, and playing beach volleyball.
